Ballot access requirements to run for Congress AS AN INDEPENDENT in Vermont:
VERMONT
500 signatures are needed.
This requirement was reduced to zero in 2020 due to COVID-19.

https://sos.vermont.gov/media/ecnjktz0/2020-independent-candidate.pdf
https://ballotpedia.org/United_States_House_of_Representatives_election_in_Vermont,_2020
We are very much aware of the Vermont Progressive Party. We are currently unaffiliated with the VPP but we are certainly open to cooperating with them because we agree on many issues.
Our focus is different than the VPP. We are focused on finding and supporting Independents to run for Congress and Senate in 2022, 2024 and beyond with the backing of our network of volunteers.
Everyone in Vermont (including members of the VPP) are encouraged to join ProgressiveParty.US and every member of the ProgressiveParty.US network is encouraged to support the VPP.
