Social Security payroll tax rates have not risen in over 30 years.
More and more senior citizens are collecting benefits and fewer and fewer working people are paying into the system.
The balance in the Social Security Trust Fund is crashing.
In order to maintain the viability of the Social Security Trust Fund, Social Security Payroll Taxes need to be raised. The regressive 6.2% tax that is capped at $128,000 should be applied to ALL income without limit.
